One minute from the ramp. One flight up from your truck.
A private one-bedroom loft built for two people who would rather spend the day on the water and come home to a clean, quiet place of their own.
The loft is not waterfront. The neighborhood launch is roughly 60–80 seconds away, and Kentucky Lake is about 15 minutes by road.
Inside the loft
Simple, comfortable, and set up for lake days.
A full kitchen, queen bedroom, walk-in shower, two smart TVs, guest Wi-Fi, and a private deck tucked into the trees.

The honest version
A great fit for anglers and couples. Not a fit for everyone.
The loft sits above a detached garage and requires 16 exterior steps. It sleeps two adults in one queen bed, has no laundry, and is not waterfront. Cell service can be weak, so guests should use Wi-Fi calling.
In return, you get a private entrance, a full kitchen, trailer parking, an outdoor fish-cleaning station, and a host who lives right next door.
