Occupancy
Two adults maximum. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
Arrival + departure
Check-in at 3:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM.
House rules
No pets. No smoking. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Accessibility
The private entrance requires 16 exterior steps. The loft is not step-free.

Know before you go.
Is the loft waterfront?
No. It is in the Blue Springs neighborhood near Lake Barkley, with filtered water views through neighboring trees. The community launch is roughly 60 to 80 seconds away.
Can I park a truck and boat trailer?
Yes. The designated parking area sits beside the garage, and the circle drive helps guests maneuver and back into place.
How many people can stay?
Two adults. The loft has one queen bed, and the reclining sofa does not convert to a bed.
What should I bring?
Bring coffee, paper towels, shampoo, bath soap, extra seasonings, and firewood if you plan to use the firepit.
How does payment work?
Payment is handled by a secure hosted checkout. Blue Springs Loft never collects or stores card numbers on its own server.
When will I receive the address and door code?
The exact address, entry code, Wi-Fi information, and arrival instructions are shared privately after a booking is confirmed.
