Blue Springs Loft collects only what is needed to answer questions, take a booking, and host a stay.
Information collected
When you contact the host or request dates, the information you type into the form is collected: your name, email address, the dates you mention, and your message. When you complete a booking, the reservation record also includes your stay dates and the price breakdown for that stay.
Payment information
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider using its own hosted checkout. Card numbers are never entered into, transmitted through, or stored by this website. The reservation record keeps only the payment status and a reference identifier.
How information is used
Guest information is used to answer inquiries, confirm and manage reservations, send arrival instructions to confirmed guests, and keep the financial records required for a lodging business. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Reviews
A review submitted through the guestbook stays private until the guest gives permission and the host approves publication. Email addresses supplied with a review are never published.
Retention
Reservation and payment records are retained as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Inquiry messages are retained only as long as they remain useful for hosting.
