Rental agreement
What you agree to when you book.
The complete agreement is presented for acceptance at checkout. These are the terms it covers.
Occupancy
The loft accommodates two adults in one queen bed. The reclining sofa does not convert to a bed. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be one of the people staying.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The exact address, entry code, Wi-Fi information, and arrival instructions are sent privately after a booking is confirmed and are not to be shared with anyone outside the reservation.
House rules
- No pets.
- No smoking anywhere in the loft.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- No parties or events.
- Park in the designated area beside the garage.
Access and safety
The private entrance requires 16 exterior steps and the loft is not step-free. Guests use the deck, grill, firepit, glider, fish-cleaning station, boat ramp, and lakes at their own risk and are responsible for anyone they bring onto the property.
Care of the property
Guests agree to leave the loft in reasonable condition, to report damage or maintenance issues promptly, and to accept responsibility for damage beyond normal wear caused during their stay.
Fishing and boating
Guests are responsible for their own licenses, permits, equipment, and compliance with all Kentucky fishing and boating regulations. Clean fish only at the outdoor station provided.
