The website
This website describes a single one-bedroom vacation rental in Cadiz, Kentucky and allows guests to inquire about and book a stay directly with the host. Content is provided for planning purposes and may be updated at any time.
Local information
The lake guide reflects the host’s personal experience. Hours, seasons, water conditions, fishing regulations, and business operations change without notice. Guests are responsible for confirming current information, including all applicable fishing and boating regulations.
Bookings
A stay is confirmed only after payment is completed and the host’s system records the reservation as confirmed. A confirmation page or email that appears before payment is verified does not create a reservation.
Guest conduct
Guests agree to the house rules stated on this website and in the rental agreement, including the two-adult occupancy limit, no pets, no smoking, and quiet hours. The host may end a stay for conduct that violates the rental agreement or endangers the property or neighbors.
Accessibility and risk
The loft is reached by 16 exterior steps and is not step-free. Guests use the outdoor spaces, grill, firepit, fish-cleaning station, boat ramp, and lakes at their own risk.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in effect at the time a booking is made governs that booking, together with the accepted rental agreement.
